What to do in case of a breakdown or accident?
If you experience a breakdown or are involved in an accident, contact Autoverhuur Meerschaert as soon as possible at +32 50 50 10 37. We will connect you with VAB Roadside Assistance, our official partner for support throughout Europe.
In case of an accident:
- Take clear photos of the situation, the vehicle, and any damage.
- Complete the European accident report form fully and correctly.
You’ll find this form in the folder with the vehicle documents.
An incorrectly or incompletely filled-in form may result in personal liability.
Our roadside assistance is available 24/7 in all countries where our insurance is valid.
