What to do in case of a breakdown or accident?
In the event of a car breakdown:
- Try to find the cause of the problem.

In the event of a car accident:

- Take enough pictures of the accident.
- Fill in the European Accident Statement. The European Accident Statement is located in the glove box and must always be filled in completely. If it has not been completed or has been filled in incorrectly, then the full responsibility for damage to the vehicle or third parties may be your responsibility. Click here for more information.
