Payment and deposit

What are the payment options?

When picking up the vehicle, you can pay with cash, Bancontact or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).

The final invoice is preferably paid by bank transfer or can be paid in the branch with cash, Bancontact or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, it is possible to pay with a credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Keep in mind that the owner of the credit card must be present when picking up the vehicle.

When will you receive the final invoice?

When returning the vehicle during opening hours, the vehicle is checked for damage and we note the mileage and fuel level. Based on this, we prepare the final invoice.

If you return the vehicle outside opening hours, the invoice will be sent the latest a few working days after returning the vehicle.

When will I receive an invoice?

For each rental you will receive an invoice that will be sent by e-mail, at the latest a few working days after returning the vehicle.

If you want an invoice based on a VAT number, you must inform us before the beginning of the rental period.

Does a deposit have to be paid?

A deposit must be paid with every rental. The amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle.

When and how is the deposit refunded?

The deposit is deducted from the final rental invoice. The deposit will be refunded to the customer's bank account immediately after the final invoice.

If you have paid the deposit in cash and you also wish to receive it back in cash, you must mention this upon collection, otherwise the deposit will be refunded to the specified bank account number.
