Are extra kilometers included in the rental price?
Yes, the rental price includes a certain number of free kilometres.
The number depends on the rental period and the type of vehicle. If you drive more kilometres than included, the extra distance will be charged according to the rate stated in the rental agreement.
You can find both the included kilometres and the price per extra kilometre on our website or in the branch.

Is the fuel included in the rental price?
No, fuel is not included in the rental price.
Our vehicles are always delivered with a full tank and must be returned fully refuelled.
If this is not the case, we will refill the vehicle for you, and the refuelling cost will be added to the final invoice.

For electric vehicles, the same applies: they are handed over fully charged and must be returned fully recharged. If not, charging costs will be invoiced.
Can I drive with the vehicle abroad?
Yes, you may drive our vehicles abroad, provided you stay within the following countries:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Driving outside these countries is not allowed, as our insurance does not provide coverage beyond this list.

Yes, the French Crit’Air environmental sticker is standard on all our vehicles.

Is the German environmental sticker included?
Yes, the German environmental sticker (Umweltplakette) is already present on:
- all our minibuses,
- our Peugeot Rifters,
- our wheelchair-accessible vehicles,
- and our Peugeot 3008 and 5008 models.
If you are travelling to Germany with another vehicle, the sticker is not included by default.
In that case, you can order it yourself via the official website.
