Reservation

If you have a question about your car rental, you will probably find the answer to your question below. If you couldn’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to fill in our contact form or contact one of our pick-up locations.

How can I book a vehicle?

You can book a vehicle via our website, by phone, or in person at one of our locations. 

  • Via the website
    1. Go to our vehicle overview
    2. Select your preferred vehicle
    3. Choose the pick-up location and rental period
    4. Add any additional options (e.g. moving kits, ski box, etc.)
    5. Select your desired insurance package (Basic, Medium or Maxi)
    6. Enter your personal details and any comments
    7. Click on ‘Book now’

You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. We will then check the availability of the vehicle and send you a final confirmation or, if needed, an alternative proposal.

  • By phone
    You can call us during opening hours to make a booking. We will check availability and record your details. Once confirmed, your reservation is final.

  • In person
    You are welcome to visit one of our locations to make a booking. You can find our contact details on the website.
 

Is it possible to reserve options?

Yes, you can add various extras to your reservation, such as: 
  • Moving equipment (moving kits, straps, blankets, pallet trucks, etc.)
  • Ski box, snow chains, roof racks

These extras can be selected during the online booking process. If you wish to add something afterwards, please contact the pick-up location in time.

Can I rent a vehicle on a Sunday or public holiday?

Yes, this is possible. Simply select your desired pick-up day when making your online request. We will contact you to arrange the exact pick-up time. In some cases, the vehicle may be made available the day before. 

Is it possible to extend my reservation?

You can only extend the vehicle by contacting the pick-up location where you picked up the vehicle. The extension is only final as soon as it is confirmed by e-mail.

What is included in the rental price?

Included: 

  • Third-party liability insurance (BA)
  • Collision damage coverage with an excess of €2,000 (can be reduced via Medium or Maxi insurance packages)
  • Free kilometres based on rental period and vehicle type
  • 24/7 roadside assistance across Europe in case of technical defects

  • French Ecovignette (Crit’Air)
  • Additional drivers (provided they meet all conditions)

Our vehicles are equipped with modern comfort and safety features, including navigation or smartphone connectivity via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, air conditioning, parking sensors or rear-view camera, and more – depending on the selected model.
 
Not included:
 
  • Fuel: the vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. If not, the refuelling cost will be charged.
  • Cleaning: a basic cleaning is included. If the vehicle is returned in a particularly dirty state, an extra cleaning fee applies.
  • Security deposit: to be paid upon pick-up. The amount depends on the vehicle type.
  • Additional options such as moving kits, ski box, snow chains, etc.
  • Optional reduction of the damage excess (via Medium or Maxi package)
 

When is my reservation final?

A reservation is only final once you receive a personal confirmation from us.
For online requests, you will first receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. We will then check availability and send you a final confirmation or suggest an alternative vehicle. 

For vehicles with more than 5 seats (such as minibuses), a deposit of up to €200 is required at the time of booking. Once we have received this deposit, the reservation is considered final. 

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can. 
  • Cancellations must always be made in writing via email.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If the vehicle is not picked up, the full rental amount remains due.
